Shade cloth by Green-Tek is a great option to help keep greenhouses cool and protect plants from excessive sun exposure. Greenhouse shade cloths work by reflecting the sun’s rays off of the cloth or by blocking them. Greenhouse shade cloth provides additional cooling without increasing electricity use. Please note that there is a three to four week lead time for custom sizes of shade cloth and shade cloth that requires seaming, taping, and grommeting.
